The Old Harvard Estates Homeowners Association (OHE-HOA) is managed by the Board of Directors and the property owners are the members of the Homeowners Association.  The Homeowners Association has Declaration of Restrictions that should be followed.  The Board of Directors manages the common areas, including the Tennis Court, provides approval for Architectural requests, neighborhood events, etc.
