Tennis Court Rules:
- The court is for use by Old Harvard Estates residents only. Guests are permitted only if physically accompanied by a homeowner (member). Guests are not allowed to play without a homeowner present.
- Tennis shoes are required when playing, which will improve the longevity of the court surface.
- Tennis court is for playing tennis only. In-line skates, skateboards, bicycles, etc. shall not be used on the court.
- Do not bring breakable containers onto the court.
- Dispose of all trash in the barrel provided

The Board stipulated that there shall be no more than eight (8) people at any time, combined players and observers either on the tennis court or immediately surrounding it, to curb noise levels to the abutters.

The Association is not responsible for damage or theft of equipment/property left on the tennis court, or for injuries of players or observers on or around the tennis court.

The Board will examine the merits of any potential report of disturbances and will mediate any conflicts between the parties.

The Board reserves the right to rescind permission of any players not abiding by the rules set forth above and will notify all parties in advance.

Scheduling Court Time:
Reservations may be made one week in advance. Sign-up sheets will be posted at the court for the current week and the following week on Sundays.
In order to accommodate the schedules of adult residents, reservations will be limited to adult players (age 18 and over) during Prime Time Hours. Minors may play during prime time hours during any period for which the courts are not reserved, and reserve court time during non-prime time hours.
* Prime Time Hours: Weekdays after 6:00 PM Weekends all day.
Courts may be reserved for no more than one and one half (1½) hours per reservation.
